The Site is intended for use by healthcare providers, practice administrators, prospective clients, and other individuals interested in our medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, credentialing, and related services.
By accessing or using the Site, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you access or use the Site, subject to the provisions that survive termination as described below.

The Site provides information about GreenSense Billing's medical billing and coding services, revenue cycle management, provider credentialing, denial management, eligibility verification, accounts receivable management, front office support, EHR-related solutions, and the GreenPay Station patient payment platform. Content on the Site, including service descriptions, blog articles, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only.
Access to certain features, such as GreenPay Station or client-specific dashboards, may require a separate agreement with GreenSense Billing and is subject to additional terms, including any applicable Business Associate Agreement or service agreement, which will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
4. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, billing, coding, or medical advice. Reimbursement outcomes, claim approval rates, and revenue results referenced on the Site reflect general experience and are not guarantees of results for any particular practice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances before making business, legal, or clinical decisions.
The Site is not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
5. Account Access
If any part of the Site requires you to register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. GREENSENSE BILLING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENSENSE BILLING AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation does not apply to obligations set out in a separate written services agreement or Business Associate Agreement between GreenSense Billing and a client, which will govern liability with respect to services provided under that agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreenSense Billing and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply after termination.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Effective Date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
16. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenSense Billing regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship, and do not confer any rights or remedies on anyone other than you and GreenSense Billing.
